"Monet and the Water Lily theme bring me joy..."
I'm a big fan of Monet, and the Water Lily theme really lifts my spirits. Totally worth the cash! I can't wait for some rain so I can rock my jacket and soak up the compliments.

"AWESOME RAIN PONCHO!"
I got my rain poncho super fast and it was packed nicely. The fit is just right, allowing me to throw it over a little backpack if necessary, and the color options are fantastic. I haven't had a chance to test it out in the rain yet, but I have a good feeling it’ll perform well.

"Timely Arrival of My Ponchos, But..."
I got my ponchos on time, and they look gorgeous. But, I was a bit worried when only one showed up instead of the three I ordered. I reached out to SaphiRose via text, and the postal service ended up doing a special delivery on Sunday. Honestly, it would’ve been better if all three had been sent in one package to save on shipping and my anxiety.

"Good customer service fixed a bad experience."
The delivery was quick and pretty straightforward. I ordered a coat that arrived missing its hood. I contacted customer support, and they ended up sending me a replacement coat. The rep was fantastic and really turned things around for me. They were quick to respond, but the system they used was a bit odd. I wasn't a fan of receiving text messages from them; I would have much rather gotten emails.

"Impressive Quality"
Impressive quality. Just the right weight. Sadly, the zipper is flipped, making it a women's style. It's also a bit tighter than I'd prefer. Still, I can rock it and will do so with a smile. Just so you know, I'm a 5'10", 180-pound guy.
